Remanufacturing Center
TBEA has established the first transmission and transformation equipment remanufacturing center in China, with the ability to diagnose and monitor the health of electrical equipment throughout its life cycle, aiming to efficiently and quickly respond to the green and low-carbon needs of power customers. The project covers an area of 100 acres, with an annual production capacity of up to 30 million kVA. It has the ability to develop, green remanufacture, and intelligently upgrade full-capacity transformer products of 500 kV and below.
With data-driven management and intelligent manufacturing as the goal, the Remanufacturing Center has built a digital technology research and development center, production workshops, an intelligent full life-cycle operation and maintenance platform, and an intelligent warehousing center. By application systems such as ERP, PLM, MES, WMS, QMS, etc., it achieves iterative upgrade, recycling, and remanufacturing of transformers, solving the problems of insufficient resistance to surge & short circuits and low energy efficiency level of old transformers. It is the first and industry-leading digital intelligent green recycling industry base in China.

Substation Main Equipment Monitoring System
It realizes the functions of status data display and query, health status evaluation, fault information warning, operation report generation, etc. of transformers, GIS, lightning arresters, and switchgear in the substation, and has the characteristics of status data visualization, intelligent diagnosis and analysis, and diversified warning methods.

Intensive Care System for Oil-filled Equipment
Taking large-scale transformers (reactors) and other oil-filled power equipment as monitoring objects, when the concentration of dissolved gas in the oil of the substation equipment exceeds the warning value or other anomalies occur, comprehensive monitoring and active warning of the health status of the substation equipment can be achieved by quickly installing partial discharge sensors, vibration sensors, core grounding current sensors and other monitoring means.

Intelligent Monitoring System for Converter Transformer
It is a high-performance converter transformer intelligent control system consisting of TEC transformer intelligent control device and ED transformer state measurement device, integrating protection, measurement, control, communication, and analysis. It has the characteristics of dual control, multi-state quantity access, and communication standardization.

TTOS Transformer Intelligent Monitoring System
It can realize full-state monitoring and fault diagnosis analysis of gas in transformer oil, gas in gas relay, monohydrogen in oil, oil pressure, grounding current partial discharge, bushing dielectric loss, and tap changer motor current. It has the characteristics of high degree of integration, strong scalability, and comprehensive diagnosis and analysis.

Emergency Discharge System of Transformer Oil
The system consists of an on-site oil discharge module and a remote control screen. In the event of a fire or other accident, the oil in the transformer oil tank can be discharged to the accident oil pool through remote control, automatic control, and other modes, effectively reducing the risk of fire spread, minimizing losses in the event of an accident, and ensuring the safety of personnel and property.

Intelligent Transformation of Transformers
By making full use of TBEA’s modern information technologies such as artificial intelligence and mobile Internet, and using the unified identity code of power grid assets as a link, the old substations will be transformed into smart substations with interconnected equipment and comprehensive status perception, and intelligent applications such as “one-click control of switching operations, automatic inspection of equipment within the station, intelligent management of personnel behavior, intelligent linkage of main and auxiliary equipment, active warning for equipment abnormalities, intelligent decision-making on fault tripping, and full life-cycle management of assets” will be realized, greatly improving the efficiency in operation and inspection, the intelligence level of electrical equipment, and the intelligence level of monitoring, operation, inspection, and early warning of substation.

On-site Maintenance of Power Transmission and Transformation Equipment
A-Class Maintenance, mainly including: on-site overhaul of transformer by lifting the cover, improvement of short-circuit resistance, cooler modification (including forced oil to air cooling), maintenance of on/off-load switches, troubleshooting and elimination of hidden dangers in transformers, transformer oil treatment, disassembly, overhaul and replacement of GIS and other switch equipment.
B-Class Maintenance, mainly including: replacement and maintenance of main components such as transformer oil conservator, on/off-load switches, bushings, coolers, etc., change from forced oil to air cooling, transformer riser base modification, replacement and troubleshooting of components for switch equipment such as GIS.
C-Class Maintenance, mainly including: defect elimination during operation, replacement and calibration of meters, etc.

Testing of Electrical Equipment in Station
Handover, preventive testing, and daily live detection services for 220 kV and below transformer and distribution equipment, including power transformers, reactors and arc suppression coils, transformers, circuit breakers and SF6 fully enclosed combination electrical appliance, isolating switches and load switches, bushings and insulators, power cables, capacitors, lightning arresters, busbars, grounding devices, battery packs, insulating oil, etc.

Reconstruction of Fire Protection System
According to the operating conditions of the equipment, the automatic water spray, automatic nitrogen filling for fire extinguishing and reconstruction of remote rapid oil discharge system of the transformer are realized. TBEA has the ability to provide one-time solutions and training services, and has successfully implemented the construction and reconstruction projects of the oil charge systems of many UHV stations such as Offshore Wind Farm Project, 1,000 kV UHV Station, Converter Station, 1,000 kV Substation, as well as the fire protection reconstruction projects of many old substations.
