TBEA has always adhered to the management philosophy of respecting, conforming to, and protecting nature, promoting harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.
TBEA strictly adheres to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Water and Soil Conservation, the Regulations on the Administration of Construction Project Environmental Protection, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Wildlife, the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Nature Reserves, and other relevant regulations, formulating specific ecological protection measures and actively implementing the concept of environmental and biodiversity protection throughout the entire process of project construction and operation. None of its projects/operating sites involve statutory ecological protection areas, important habitats, or other ecologically sensitive areas with significant ecological functions and important significance for protecting biodiversity.
In the site selection process for projects, TBEA follows the principle of ecological priority, precisely focusing on ecologically fragile areas such as deserts and gobi regions, striving to maximize ecological benefits while efficiently utilizing solar energy resources. Photovoltaic panels have the effect of regulating regional thermal balance, reducing the frequency of sandstorms, and strengthening wind and sand prevention. Their water collection function can also promote vegetation growth and improve the ecological environment. In terms of power transmission and transformation line design, TBEA comprehensively evaluates the impact on the environment, ecology, and bird migration, gives priority to avoiding ecologically sensitive areas, striving to minimize the disturbance to the ecosystem.
TBEA effectively controls the land area, tries to shorten the construction period, conducts green construction, and strictly controls the emission of pollutants and waste. At the same time, it strengthens ecological protection publicity and education for construction personnel and nearby residents, strictly prohibits construction personnel from hunting and intimidating wild animals through institutionalization, minimizes the damage to existing vegetation, and ensures that the animal habitat environment will not undergo major changes.
TBEA actively restores the ecology by taking remedial measures such as regional greening and planting trees in different locations; developing projects like agriculture-photovoltaic and fishery-photovoltaic complementation; continuously promoting the construction, optimization, and upgrading of green mines, and striving to increase green coverage; meanwhile, TBEA collaborates with public welfare organizations such as the Wildlife Conservation Association to conduct research on wild animals within the mining area, create a natural ecological environment, and strengthen employee awareness training, effectively promoting a virtuous cycle of ecosystem and biodiversity.
