TBEA provides a series of iron core solutions for voltage levels ranging from 10 kV to 220 kV, mainly producing SCB18 dry-type transformer iron cores, special transformer iron cores, magnetic shielding, amorphous and iron core current transformers. By automated transverse cutting technology and intelligent production, all hole-making molds can be customized for customers to meet their personalized quality needs.

The product has high-precision imported sensors. Based on all the mechanical functions of conventional double-float type gas relays, it can collect gas accumulation data and transmit it to the distal end via 4-20 mA and RS485 to achieve on-site display. It has high measurement accuracy and large data storage capacity, which can greatly reduce the workload on operation and maintenance. It can reliably give an alarm and lockout signals before the gas density drops to a dangerous level. The density display value is not affected by changes in temperature and altitude.

Digital Pressure Relief Valve
The product can be used in large-scale thermal power plants, substations, converter stations and other power transmission and transformation lines. When the oil tank pressure rises to its opening pressure, it can open quickly to reduce the pressure in the oil tank; when the pressure drops to the closing pressure value, it can close reliably to keep the positive pressure in the oil tank forever, prevent external air, moisture and other impurities from entering the oil tank, and provide data transmission signals for real-time pressure monitoring.

Intelligent Maintenance-Free Dehydrating Breather
The product can be used in large-scale thermal power plants, substations, converter stations and other power transmission and transformation lines. It can automatically determine the temperature and humidity of silica gel, automatically heat it, and realize long-distance signal transmission. The display module can operate smoothly at -40℃, which solves the problem that LCD cannot display due to the low ambient temperature in the northern region. Its internal intelligent monitoring system determines the best start-up time of the heating system through continuous monitoring and data collection of the internal humidity of the dehydrating breather and the changes during breathing in and out, so as to avoid starting the heating system during breathing in and causing moisture reflux.

It has high withstand voltage capability, low partial discharge, low leakage rate, excellent insulation and mechanical properties. It can pass the temperature cycling test from -40℃ to 105℃.
