Transparent production management

In order to create a "high-quality, low-cost, and quasi-delivery tower operation management system" in the tower industry, TBEA has customized and developed a tower MES information system, integrated energy consumption collection functions, and realized the full-process traceability of personnel, equipment, material planning, quality, progress and other information. Relying on the large display screen of the digital management center and based on real-time data, transparent production management is achieved.
Advanced and stable wind tower manufacturing technology and processing equipment in the industry is used to achieve differentiated competitive advantages.
In key manufacturing processes, Switzerland HAEUSLER hydraulic-electric hybrid equipment was used for plate rolling, Sweden ESAB twin-wire equipment was used for welding, and the industry-leading reach stacker equipments were used for the tower transfer, achieving high-quality and high-efficiency tower production.

Conventional Tower
This kind of tower is suitable for various terrains, such as mountains, hills and plains. With strong adaptability and flexibility. Meanwhile, based on the mechanical properties, durability and easy assembly of steel structure materials, it has higher reliability than other towers. The on-site installation process is relatively simple and efficient.

High-Strength Steel Tower
The high-strength steel tower has high strength and rigidity, it could be manufactured by using thin steel plates and achieve lightweight towers. Based on the technical research and development capabilities of Intelligent Welding Research Center, it has successfully developed stable and reliable high-strength steel welding process technology, and has been largely used in tower projects with Q390 and Q420 strength grades, which has been highly recognized by customers and is widely used in high-megawatt models (wind turbines above 8 MW).

It is the first professional manufacturer of segmented wind towers in the “3North” region. Segmented wind towers could solve the problem, which the transportation of large-diameter towers was been affected by height restrictions in bridges and tunnels. They are also suitable for some restricted sites of transportation and installation, such as mountainous areas, forests or cities.
